3.5 oz. Speckled Pea Microgreens

Speckled Pea microgreens have become one of my absolute favorites to grow since I started this operation. These little green shoots capture that classic sweet pea flavor in a concentrated, crispy package that works with just about everything you're cooking.

Each 3.5 oz. container is filled with tender shoots grown from organic Speckled Pea seeds that I harvest between 7-14 days, right when they hit that sweet spot for flavor and nutrition.
